BalasHapusI think it depends on the firm itself, if the changing is for the good purpose and good sake for the firm like want to more develop then it's okay. But it will be bad if you take a lot of changing, why? Because if the once or second changing and they're still don't have a progress than changing organization is useless, better than changing it you must know well the main problem and solve it.
